Pearl Alley
Pearl Alley is a drinking, dining, and private event venue located in Pier 17 at the Seaport, a burgeoning New York City neighborhood that once served as the hub of the city’s maritime economy.
In addition to three distinct bar concepts, Pearl Alley offers patrons impeccable views of the East River and Brooklyn Bridge via a wall of floor-to-ceiling retractable windows that open to the eastern edge of the pier.
L'Observatoire International collaborated with architecture firm Roman and Williams to design a space that is welcoming and convivial while also complementary to the scale of the pier and the grandiosity of the view.
