A brasserie is more than a café or a bistro — it is “le grand restaurant,” a lively, elegant space open from morning to late serving seasonal classics, fresh seafood, and dishes that reflect both regional tradition and the spirit of grande cuisine. This wide and timeless tradition is the inspiration behind Chef Daniel Boulud's newest culinary endeavor, Brasserie Boulud, slated to open later this year across from Lincoln Center on the corner of 64th Street and Broadway in Manhattan. Rockwell Group is working with Chef Boulud and his team to design a true brasserie experience rooted in the culinary heart of France yet created for the rhythm of New York City.
The 7,500 square foot flagship spans two floors and features a main dining room, an alluring 27-seat central bar, a series of private dining rooms, and an intimate speakeasy.
