For Milan Design Week 2026, Charlotte Macaux Perelman, architect and artistic director of the Hermès home universe alongside Alexis Fabry, has designed a set composed of thirty rectangular columns, ranging from 80 cm to three metres in height and embellished with graphic motifs in wood, forming aisles and creating perspectives.
This is a journey where full and empty spaces interact, inviting the visitor to wander and, with every step, discover objects from the new collections.
This alignment of features creates a repetition effect that evokes the artisan's tirelessly repeated gesture. The meeting of two architectural materials echoes the creation of these new objects that blend textures, contrasts, colours and motifs.
