The lighting is conceived as a bright, controlled white box - an even, luminous field that supports clarity while allowing Jeff Koons’ work to fully engage the viewer. Given the reflective nature of the artworks, the approach minimizes shadow and contrast, reducing visual noise and maintaining a consistent spatial reading. This allows surfaces, color, and detail to be perceived without distortion.
Light is calibrated to support both the precision of the objects and the density of the imagery, while the surrounding environment remains visually neutral. The result is a balanced field where reflections, materiality, and viewer presence become part of the experience.
