Located off of Bryant Park, Heritage Grand Bakery features Mediterranean-inspired cuisine using ancient grains and traditional techniques. The interior design by Silvia Zofio, with brand manager Patricia Joseph, visualizes this ancestral culinary experience. Smooth, curved white plaster formwork is articulated throughout with touches of earthiness and atmospheric warmth. Timber beams and cut stone walls ground the fully renovated space, while the furnishings and decorative rattan/straw light fittings give a feeling of breeziness. The restaurant and pizza bar feature two large pizza ovens, full bar, and open kitchen along with a private mezzanine event space, with soft indirect light behind the timber and stone elements and an intimate, candle-like glow to each table. The bakery and coffee bar showcases the commitment to the brand's artisanal process, with brightly illuminated bakery cases and bread shelving, and indirectly lit walls, leading to an open mixing room in the rear where all doughs are produced.
