Chateau Hanare

Chateau Hanare is a new Japanese concept from restaurateur Reika Alexander, owner of the popular En Japanese Brasserie in Manhattan’s West Village. Chateau Hanare, which roughly translates to “cottage set apart,” is aptly named as it is built into an existing residential structure, nestled on property at the iconic Chateau Marmont Hotel and Bungalows in West Hollywood. The restaurant features kaiseki menus (one of which is vegan), a selection of sashimi, izakaya-style small plates and an expansive Japanese whisky and shochu program, along with a full-fledged cocktail offering.

L'Observatoire International created the lighting design for the restaurant Chateau Hanare in Los Angeles.

Chateau Hanare is a collaboration with The Chateau Marmont Hotel & Bungalows.
