Built at the turn of the 20th century, 530 Broadway is a unique property comprised of what was originally three adjacent structures on SoHo’s most coveted corner at Broadway and Spring.

The 198,000-square-foot site is an icon of SoHo’s Cast Iron district and features architectural details iconic to its locale. With an average floorplate of 17,000 square feet, each floor is flooded with natural light and air. This was revolutionary design when this area was an industrial district; now it’s ideal for companies seeking a downtown New York City atmosphere.

Purchased in March 2020, SHVO is merging the artistic spirit of the neighborhood with deliberate design and bespoke art. Snarkitecture was commissioned to reimagine the lobby by infusing unexpected and memorable moments, including a site-specific art installation curated by acclaimed New York-based contemporary artist Daniel Arsham. L’Observatoire International brings their celebrated lighting design to the building, highlighting the intricate cast-iron exterior and unique architectural details. The lobby was awarded the NYCxDESIGN Award 2022 in the small commercial lobby category. Presented by Interior Design
