Senior Designer Papon Kasettratat (Bangkok, Thailand) studied Architecture at the Chulalongkorn University of Bangkok. He received his Master of Arts in Architectural Lighting Design at Hochschule Wismar in Germany. Papon joined L’Observatoire Intl as an intern in 2010 which led to a full-time employment in 2011. As a Senior Lighting Designer, he enjoys the creative exchange with other teams when finding new solutions together. The favorite part of his work is to light up a newly completed project and see the joy in everyone’s faces. An especially striking project that he has worked on was Hudson Yards as it combined a diversity of elements such as landscape design, large-scale artwork (The Vessel), offices and residential towers.
