995 Fifth is a luxurious fitness, spa, and wellness facility located across from the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. This 3,000 square foot facility housed in the old Stanhope Hotel was designed by LA PALESTRA Management Group (LPMG) in conjunction with Extell Development Company. 995 Fifth not only maintains some of the reminisces and character from the old Stanhope hotel including a mural from the original bar but also offers state-of-the-art aerobic and strength training equipment with additional amenities including a Pilates’ area, massage/treatment rooms, sauna room, private steam rooms, lounge, cafe, and changing rooms.

L'O provided lighting design for the 8,500 sf health club facility operated by La Palestra located in the cellar and sub-cellar of the Plaza Hotel.
